Our office staff, sales team, or installer will never rush you away. We want you informed. Ask all of the questions you would like.

  • Never pressure our customer.

We want your work, but we will never pressure you into a sale. Take your time, we’ve been here 17 years, we’re not going anywhere.

  • Educate

An informed customer will make the best decision, including to, “Insist on a Professional”. We will walk you through the entire process and answer all questions. We want you to be a part of, “The Process”.

  • Confirmations

Our office will call/email to confirm order and appointment one day before scheduled install. We will also call/email one day afterward to confirm satisfaction.

  • Walk Through’s

You will get 3 walk though’s during “The Process”

  1. Sales Walk- Our sales expert will walk you through the job, go over estimate, and answer questions.
  2. Pre-Install Walk- Our installation crew will walk you through the order and go over job to make sure there aren’t any unforeseen issues.
  3. Job Completion Walk- After installation, installers will go window to window with you to ensure complete and quality job.
